We Can Break the Stigma Together!
Join our mission to educate and break the stigma around cannabis in Pensacola, FL and beyond! Support our FUNdraising efforts and events where we continue to remove the historically negative stigma associated with cannabis, and advocate for the full legalization of all forms of cannabis during Mardi Gras season, and all year round! Krewe membership comes with a plethora of perks, including discounts for your medical marijuana card and renewal!
Legalize It!
“Yes on 3” in Florida is a campaign supporting the legalization of adult use recreational cannabis in the state. Amendment 3, if passed, would allow adults 21 and over to legally purchase, possess, and use cannabis for personal use. The amendment aims to regulate and tax cannabis similarly to alcohol, creating a legal framework for its sale and use while potentially generating significant revenue for the state.
Due to Florida’s single subject rule for constitutional amendments, this Amendment does NOT include home grow, however it does NOT ban it either. Home grow allowances can come later through legislative sessions and change as the recreational cannabis program evolves, just like the medical program has evolved in Florida since 2016.
